We enlisted Faithful services a year before our wedding after interviewing a number of planners. We were recommended to her by my mother in law who had happened to go to look at the venue for us. We took a chance as we had not found her in the same way as the other planners, it turned out to be the best chance we took.
She would let us know when she would not be available in advance which was much appreciated. It helped massively that Faith had done quite a few weddings at the venue that we were going to use so that really helped us.
As with all wedding preparations there were elements of frustrations but the Faith was always professional and let us change our minds and entertained some of our ideas which some fell flat or worked which was very appreciated. Faith became more than a planner to us as 4 months leading up to our wedding we lost my now husband’s mother who had been instrumental in introducing us to Faith and helping with the wedding. Although this was a sad time it meant we had to make an unexpected trip to Jamaica before the wedding and with this we got a chance to meet with Faith in person which was so nice as Faith came to the funeral all the way from Negril, we will never forget it as it was not part of her planning role and it was so nice of her to do so.
We then had a chance to go and see the venue ourselves and do some food tasting which nice.
On the days leading up to the wedding and the actual big day Faith was just phenomenal unbeknown to us she had a wedding before our wedding but yet it seemed she was with us and our guests all the time. It was something else we will never know how she does it but the attention to detail and being able to remember everything is next to none.
As weddings like all weddings there are always some level of drama and again Faith never let on and the day went extremely well and everyone had a lovely time. We also got Faith to arrange a welcome event and a post wedding event which again was executed with precision and professionalism.
We would recommend Faith and her services to any couple who want that extra personal touch. She really understood what we were after as a couple and we almost wish we were getting married again so we can have the experience again :-).
While we no longer have many relatives left in Jamaica in Faith we have now found a new family member we will definitely be seeing whenever we are in Jamaica next.
